Shell Kit

A shell package is ideal for self-builders with either limited experience or available time. Available within a 50 mile radius of the Buildakit head office. Shell package includes ground works, foundations and drainage, delivery and installation of your pre-insulated external wall, roof and floor panels, fitting external windows, doors, external cladding, roof coverings and guttering. Leaving your home watertight and completely secure and ready for you to complete the internal works at your leisure. All the panel types in the extensive Buildakit product range are available with this option which can be clad in materials of your choice. Our Building Regulation service is also available as an add-on to this package
